I need your help on streamlining model management in ServiceNow. Since many models exist with different specifications (e.g., storage, color, configuration), i am proposing to store any additional configuration under short description in Model table while Model name keeping the same.
How imagine we have same Model ( Apple Macbook Pro 15") with two different entries in the Model table.
1- Name- Apple Macbook Pro 15" | Short Description- 16GB RAM, Silver, 256GB HDD
2. Name- Apple Macbook Pro 15" | Short Description- 32GB RAM, Black, 500GB HDD
Now, i have to bulk upload around 100 Laptops for Apple Macbook Pro 15" that has configuration 16GB RAM, Silver, 256GB HDD, how can i do that bulk upload and make sure the assets are imported under right model with expected short description.
