We are purchasing new hardware devices and want to create the asset records using a hardware model which has lifecycle information available from the content library (we have purchased HAM Pro capability).
I see the hardware model in the Content Library but do not see the same model in the Hardware Model List view (or in the Product Model list view - see attached screenshots))
How do we force the download from the content library so the the model appears in the Hardware Model list view?

Quickest way to leverage the content library is to look into scheduled job for "HAM - Content Upload". You can execute now to trigger it on demand, if job is already running it will prompt you message that Job is already running.

So the jobs are running.
Here is the scenario....Content library holds millions of models (many of which we don't use because they are for device types that are not in our environment so we do not see them in the Hardware Models list view. We do see Hardware Models in the list view for devices that have been discovered and normalized).
How do we start seeing a model from the Content library in the Hardware Models view for a brand new device say a new type of switch or router?

You will need to create the hardware model. you can use the information from the content library to have a clean representation fo the model information when creating.
