Hardware Asset Management is not available for PDIs. Just no other answer possible.

Hi @manishverma_fsm,

I believe it's only available via the ServiceNow Store and is not supported or available for Personal Developer Instances.

My recommendation from an analytical and review perspective would be to enable it on a sub-production instance.

Unfortunately, it is not available for PDI. If possible you can install this on your organizations development environment(instance).

Enroll in either the HAM fundamentals on demand course or the HAM simulator in Nowlearning. The URLs are given below. Then you will get an instance with HAM activated.
