How to use Barcode scan gun with mobile agent

Heeeeeeeeeeelp!

I need the ability to use a scan gun instead of the camera when doing disposal or audit scan via the mobile agent.

Our teams in the stockrooms refuse to use the camera as it does not work well.  We need scan gun option on the audit/disposal scan, or option to upload asset list in the app scan section.

Anyone out there figure this one out?  Looking for plugin or easy fix without having to go to 3rd party app.

Hi, did you get an answer to use the standard scanners instead of the app I am sure that they produce a flat file that could be imported

CG4 is a great option, but you can also utilize a bluetooth scanner or Zebra TC52 with the mobile agent. You just need to configure a return after scans and in the case of TC52 disabling the camera so it defaults to scanner.
