We have the HAM module and are less than two months post ServiceNow implementation. We do not have a SN Developer on staff yet, I am the Hardware Asset Manager.
I am looking to either find or create a list report that will show me which hardware assets have been assigned out within a given timeframe. So far, all I have found are responses that require admin access which I do not have.
The columns I need are Asset Tag, Serial Number, Model, Assigned To, and Updated
But I only want data for when the Assigned To was changed. So far, I've only been able to see what ANY update was made which doesn't help me.
Solved! Go to Solution.

Hi @TraceyF ,
To create reports you dont require admin access, you can do the stuff if you have these roles: itil, asset, report_user
Follow below steps to create report.
- Navigate to Reports > Create New.
- Select the table name as Asset.
- Add the filter condition mentioned in screenshort.
- Configure the column which you want in your report
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
If you found my response helpful, please consider selecting "Accept as Solution" and marking it as "Helpful." This not only supports me but also benefits the community.

Because the field is Assigned to (not Assigned). The operator will change based on the field. If the field refers to a date, you will see the operator 'between.'
