How do I determine for a record in the table, that the value in the order field will always be the smallest

(that is, it will always be displayed last)

Yes, if you have set default value on Dictionary then all new records will have the default value unless changed while creating/updating record.

Yes, set the order accordingly.

You can use BR to set increasing order new records are getting added.

I have a table with 86,000 records I need one of the records to be in order always last
