Purchase Order "Asset receiving failed" error

When trying to receive a purchase order the error message "Asset receiving failed for some records" continues to appear.  Any thoughts or experiences with this error would be appreciated.

As Per screenshot, it looks that serial number is already in used another asset, that why is giving an error,

I appreciate the reply, but I have tested many different serial numbers and regardless of whether they match an existing asset or CI serial number the error continues to appear.  I will take a look at the article to see if there is anything I can pull from there.

@AJ_TechTrek The solution ended up being the fact that the "glide.required.attribute.enabled" property was enabled.  When this was turned off the receiving functionality went back to normal.  I got there thanks to the article you provided!  Thanks!
