Hey

 

I have a record producer that opens a new incident form for me.

When I fill in the fields in the record producer and press submit, the incident form opens, and in the activity Action taken is added to me with the sys_id of a record from the form field in the record producer - position field (actions_taken).

The sys_id is of a record from the selection in the position field.

How do I delete it?

Hi,

Please check the Activity field for your incident form and also check record producer script.

I guess action_taken field is added into the activities.

Check below solution to configure fields that are shown in activity logs.

Hi Shir Sharvit ,

 

It is a part of activity stream, you can remove 'action taken' from filter activity => configure related fields.

then remove action taken from selected bucket.
