You need to check on what data you have. If the data is stored on the record, you can report on it, otherwise you need to either create metrics or store that data you need to report on on the record (depends on how necessary the information is: does the requirement have the weight to customize?)

Also check on PA. I have no idea what you have installed on your instance, so maybe you have PA indicators for this or maybe you are licensed to create them yourself.

Next to that: try and keep your question either together, or separate, but not combinations of all, because this will make it hard for you to keep track of all solutions provided to you (maybe even duplicate solutions or remarks that don't help) and also people helping you are spending their time on providing you with an answer you maybe already got.
