Hi all,
I am struggling with the configuration of the bot for integrating MS Teams for self-configured bot.
I have done all the steps, at some point must have got something twice?
I am getting this error message when trying to configure a new bot:
But there is no integration available and all manifest are retired, but one which is not connect to any bot
Does anyone have experienced something similar?
I cannot find anywhere where I can remove existing configuration or edit.
Any tip in the right direction would be great.
Best,
Suellen.

I’ve hit this before — that message typically means the Tenant ID is already stored in a Teams/VA integration record in the background, even if the integration isn’t visible in the UI anymore especially after retired manifests or a failed setup.
The fix is to locate the existing record by filtering the Teams channel/integration list by Tenant ID or searching the tenant ID globally then delete/retire that stale record and re-run the setup.
