Approvals Not Triggering for HR Services in New COE

I set up a new COE → created topic category → topic details → HR service (fulfilment type = Service activity). When I use this service to create an HR case, no approval is triggered. But if I create a new service under an existing COE, approvals work fine. How to fix this?

Hi @Arunkumarc 
Make sure to setup the approval service activity under  Service Activities related list in the HR service form.

Hi @Arunkumarc ,
Approval should trigger from Service  Activity under HR Service Configuration and fulfillment type should be "Service Activity". Make sure you have select right option for approval triggering for new COE set up.
