Campaign Email notification is triggering the event but email is not being triggered.

The notification content linked to a campaign is triggering the campaign event and content tasks for the email is complete, but the email notification is not being sent. Did anyone faced this issue with campaign?

Hi @Rajarathinam 

A couple of quick checks -

Are your email notifications enabled? 
Do you see the email in the email send logs (sys_email) table?

Hello @Rajarathinam P 

1. If you published campaign after the Start time try to set the sys property
publish.campaign.immediately to 'true'.
2. Check in related links of your campaign content (mail notification), set the Schedule content.

Check that the associated Scheduled Job: Content Delivery: Send notifications is present and active. Check the repeat interval (OOTB it is 1 hr) and that it is active
