Form Content Popup Topic Block not working while we call a record producer

I am using to "Form Content Popup Topic Block" to call a record producer. Im getting the below error.

@Mark Roethof Do you happen to know the secret of getting past the message in this post?  I am finally able to look at the content for popup and receive the exact same message.  I am guessing there is a configuration we need to perform.
