How to customise the default list view in the HR Agent Workspace?

Hello All,

In the HOME tab of the HR Agent Workspace when I scroll down I can see a few score type reports as seen in the attached screenshot. When we click on that score(here it is 0), these are the columns shown in the list by default. Now we know the users can manually personalize the columns that they want but its time consuming and does not provides a good User Experience. Additionally, the users might not know what columns to add to get the optimal information from the list.

So is there a way we can configure the columns which we need for the users to see by default. Please note this is not configuring the UX Lists in the workspace. I would need to know what view shows up when we click on those score report numbers. Please help!

@saud_shaikh This is taken from the Layout list configuration of the table. In the example below is the layout for the HR Case, but can be adjusted per your use case. This is the default layout for the table in the list view. In the image you can see I added the Actual Start to the configuration and now you see it in the list that is seen when drilling into the data on a Workspace report.

Thanks for your quick response. As suggested by you:

1. I went to the sn_hr_core_case table and clicked the related link: Layout List
2. It then opened the list collector interface. However, it showed a different fields in the selected pane than what i see on the workspace for the DEFAULT view.
3. Anyway, I tried to add a new field 'Action Taken' to see if it reflects in the workspace view. I saved the changes
4. I did check and can see that the list in the workspace still remains the OLD unchanged.
5. However when checked in the native list, the new field is now shown in the Default view.

Is there any place else I can check for the columns shown on the workspace list.

@saud_shaikh Can you send a print screen of your list layout for HR Case? Can you validate you are using the configurable workspace and not the Legacy HR Agent Workspace? The instructions I am giving are based on the OotB Agent Workspace for HR Case Mgmt.

I believe we are using the OOTB HR Agent Workspace. This is where i find it in the application navigator:

Please find below the list layout of the HR Case under Default view:

However, when i click on the Score report in the dashboard homepage, the columns are all different. Am not sure from which view is these columns coming from and neither do I know where these columns have been configured.
