Hello All,
In the HOME tab of the HR Agent Workspace when I scroll down I can see a few score type reports as seen in the attached screenshot. When we click on that score(here it is 0), these are the columns shown in the list by default. Now we know the users can manually personalize the columns that they want but its time consuming and does not provides a good User Experience. Additionally, the users might not know what columns to add to get the optimal information from the list.
So is there a way we can configure the columns which we need for the users to see by default. Please note this is not configuring the UX Lists in the workspace. I would need to know what view shows up when we click on those score report numbers. Please help!
Thanks,
saud_shaikh

@saud_shaikh it is my guess that you are using the Legacy HR Agent workspace (not the HR Agent Configurable workspace) and that is opening a report. That would give reason as to why you are seeing the different columns.

Hello @michaelj_sherid,
Yes it seems you are correct. I have searched by it's name and found it to be a report under the Human Resources: Workspace application and when I opened it I can see those same fields i can see in the HR Agent Workspace.
Can you please help me how can I change the columns for this report. Since its a score type report I dont know how to configure the fields for the same.
Thanks for all the help so far. You are a gem!
Thanks,
Saud

@saud_shaikh You can find them in the Reports module. I just did a search on reports starting with "My Team" and you can see these ones that are used for the Classic workspace (the title matches the titles in the scorecard on the landing page). You should be able to update the columns on those reports and will meet your use case.

Hello @michaelj_sherid,
True! I can find these reports as well. The problem however, which i mentioned in my last comment, these are SINGLE SCORE type reports as seen in your screenshot as well and I don't see an option to configure fields for SINGLE SCORE type reports. When we click on the score, it opens the view which we have last used.
To try my luck, I did create a new view called HR Workspace under the Human Resources:Workspace application hoping it would be default pick up this view but even that failed 😞
I believe we have drained of all the ideas so far. However, please let me know if you can think of something else.
Thanks,

Hi @saud_shaikh Can you try this:
To resolve the issue:
- Open the Default view by navigating to the System UI > Views
- Search for the affected table (ex: sc_task) under the Related list: "Lists".
- Open the record and go to the Related list: "Elements" and remove the duplicated element records by taking the back-up (export > xml > download).
Let us know if this works for you.
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as an accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Regards,
Mike
