How to customise the default list view in the HR Agent Workspace?

Hello All,

In the HOME tab of the HR Agent Workspace when I scroll down I can see a few score type reports as seen in the attached screenshot. When we click on that score(here it is 0), these are the columns shown in the list by default. Now we know the users can manually personalize the columns that they want but its time consuming and does not provides a good User Experience. Additionally, the users might not know what columns to add to get the optimal information from the list.

So is there a way we can configure the columns which we need for the users to see by default. Please note this is not configuring the UX Lists in the workspace. I would need to know what view shows up when we click on those score report numbers. Please help!

@saud_shaikh You are correct. What intrigues me is that the view you are looking at when viewing the report seems to be including all fields. I can see this by the alphabetical order in the list. It should be opening the default for the HR Case table. Are all of the Case types showing up with the same fields? Meaning if you open a single score for a Total rewards case is it showing the same columns if you open a Payroll single score? Again, this is not what I would expect to see so thinking outside the box in my line of questions.

Apologies for the late reply. I was away on leave.

Answering the above question:

1. When I open any SINGLE SCORE type report regardless of the HR case type it is created on, it shows me the columns from the view that i have selected earlier when I click on the score i.e. it would show me the correct columns from the DEFAULT view assuming last time i used the default view. This is true for even the reports which are available on the HR Agent Workspace such as the "All Cases".

However, as soon as I open the one on the HR Agent Dashboard it opens the Alphabetical Order view for some reason in the Dashboard.

What I have even noticed is that not all the reports mentioned on the HR Agent Workspace are found as reports. I cannot find reports with the names : 

My team's high priority cases

My team's opened cases

This makes me think maybe there is a separate place these reports on the workspace maybe coming from
