I want to remove contextual side bar in the HR Agent workspace and how to add more fields in your employee card in Hr agent workspace . please help me out for this.

@satyakuram7755 Adding the Employee Information we have a config page for this. If you are at the most recent build of Agent Workspace for HR Case Mgmt you can access the page configuration by clicking on the gear icon within the HR Agent Workspace to get to the page.
You can then add the system name of the field to have it included. Here is an example:
For the email icon, you will have to hide this in the page configuration using UI Builder for Agent Workspace for HR Case management.
For Hiding the Email Template, there are a few steps but first you have to create a copy of the Case SRP Variant so you can configure your use case. Once that is done, here are the steps to hide the Email Template icon in the side panel in the configurable (HR) Agent Workspace.

Hi @satyakuram7755 it is my guess you are at an older version of the Agent Workspace for HR Case Management. Can you validate?
Be that as it may, if you are planning to remain at the older version, there are other ways to add Employee Information found here. I recommend using the new configuration and keeping your Agent Workspace for HR Case Management at the latest version to consume the new features we have introduced.
