Hi,
I have to do ServiceNow to Salesforce integration for service request. When we create request, request item and task in ServiceNow instance it should also create request number, request item and task in Salesforce.
Can anyone please help me step by step to achieve that.
Regards,
Nivedita

Integrating Snow and SF is made easy with Exalate. which is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over and applied. You can create req, req_item, tasks between them no problem, any entity type is supported!

@niveditakumari it's not free. You can try Unito for free for up to 14 days though. It supports 2-way sync between Salesforce and ServiceNow.

Hi @niveditakumari I am Dhiren, one of the Solutions Engineers working with Exalate.
Exalate does offer you a 30 day free trial just in case you want to evaluate the solution.
You can book a demo with us if you wish to discuss this in more detail and if you want to see the product in action.

To integrate Snow and SF, you need a robust integration solution. Have a look at Exalate, which is a decentralized integration solution, where you can granuarly decide which data will be send over and how it will be applied. Since it is decentalized, it brings in a lot of security advantages, both sides have full control. Any use-case becomes possible.
