Implementing SNOW Onboarding with Successfactors

Hello,

 

We are looking our options to implement Onboarding; one of the option we are assessing is Leveraging current HCM-Suite in Successfactors and having HRSD On-boarding implemented.

 

Seeking more info on below points:

  • Was there any references of clients who had implemented on similar platforms
  • What are various configurations involved in such implementation
  • Integrations capability of OOTB spokes between Successfactors + SNOW Onboarding
  • Do we need to implement Onboarding2.0 in Successfactors as lite and then integrate SNOW On-boarding with SF Onboarding2.0? Or can we directly Integrated with SNOW On-boarding with SF EC?

Hi,

 

Regarding the integration, you can check the SuccessFactors Spoke.

There are many flows and actions to get data from SuccessFactors, but not so many to update SuccessFactors and so if you want to do you need to configure some actions.
