We have recently implemented Employee Center Pro and on the primary page it has a "Surveys" link where users can see open surveys which are assigned to them. For some reason, surveys which are associated with lifecycle events are filtered out of the list of surveys appearing. We are thinking of removing this filter, but we were curious if anyone can think of a reason why it would be designed this way? Thanks for any thoughts you may have.

We opened a HI Case about this with ServiceNow. The reasoning for filtering the lifecycle event surveys was a concern that the surveys related to HR tasks already appeared in the To Do's. The exact response is below. We have deactivated the filter and will show these surveys since we feel that users would expect to see all surveys under the "Surveys" link. I just wanted to update this question for others who may come across this in the future.
"Some HR surveys are delivered via HR tasks. These surveys show up in the My To-dos page. If we do not exclude these surveys, they will show up in two places on the portal and will reflect a duplicate count.
If you want to show these surveys in other widgets also, you can deactivate the script include: "FilterHrTaskSurveys" (dd4d5ce70f723010176e008c07767ea5)"
