Is there a way to initiate a review of the results of the exam? I understand SN doesn't share anything other than percentages for areas you should study more. Based of the exam blueprint and what those percentages you get from them, you can get close to seeing what you got, or are the percentages on the blueprint just a guideline?

Unfortunately it looks like you were possibly only one, maybe two, questions away from passing!
Based on the weightings for each section, as per the exam blueprint, and applying your results (see attached XL doc) it looks like you scored 46/60 i.e., 76.6%
ServiceNow keeps the passing threashold secret, although it's generally known to be around 75-80%. So I suspect if you'd got one more CMDB question correct you probably would have passed!
That's a shame, but it's easliy solved. Do another round of studying, take the exam again and I'm sure you'll pass next time. Best of luck!

Hi @DavidCollins,
yes, blueprint is just a guideline. There's no way to get any breakdown or details about your exam.
The only piece of information you get is the passing score: passed x failed.
To learn more about the SN learning, go through the links in my post:

Let me know if this answers your question or tell me what would it take to accept as solution.

I found this article saying pretty much the same as me above:
KB0011863 | Certification exam scoring
Audience
All Learners
Overview
Following certification industry best practices, ServiceNow does not provide a score or pass percentage to candidates.
Explanation
Only a pass or fail result is shared. ServiceNow does not publish or share our exam passing score or pass rate, so anything you have read or seen on social media is not proven.
Additional scoring information can be found in our ServiceNow Credentialing Program Guide in the Obtain Your Exam Result lesson:
- Section percentages indicate where you need further study and should only be used to identify focus areas when preparing for your next exam attempt.
- Averaging the section rates does not show the overall percentage of the exam score or exam result.
- Scoring is based solely on the total number of items answered correctly.
Certification exams are challenging, we encourage candidates to focus on preparing thoroughly using the certification exam blue printsand recommended resources, as this policy helps maintain fairness and standardization across all assessments.
For instructions on how to retake your exam refer to Retake Mainline Certification Exam.

Hi @DavidCollins,
did my reply above answer your question? What else would it take to accept solution and close this thread?

Your answer wasn't correct @GlideFather..
@DavidCollins - if you share the percentage breakdown you received, I'll explain why you didn't pass.
