Hello, 

Following this guide here I created a fillable pdf and an activity for an employee to sign it. However when going to the to-dos list and trying to complete the task I get the error bellow. I cannot find what is wrong.

yes I had previously checked that one, unfortunately the person never mentioned how it was fixed when asked. I also checked the links that @Ankur Bawiskar provided and they do not apply to my case.

Found out what the issue was for anyone interested. In my case I forgot to add the value for pdf template below to the case template. NOT the hr task template but the case template.
