Washington - Configurable workspace - issue with Agent workspace not returning the existed HR cases

Hi All,
We are in the migration process from Classic workspace to Configurable workspace. In agent workspace (Configurable workspace) while creating the case , after clicking the next button System suppose to show the existed cases with opened for , Selected HR Services instead of that It is showing all the HR Cases belongs to selected COE of HR service.
For this in the UI builder we have done configuration (Attached screenshot for reference).
Please let me know any configuration I am missing in the UI builder.
Please find the attachment for reference. In the script include hr_CaseCreation method checkDuplicate returning the correct records some how in the front end we are seeing the more records.

@KiranLegato The latest version of Agent Workspace for HR Case Mgmt is using the Case creation page 2.0 where your print screen is using the default Case Creation. Be that as it may, the presets, specifically the filter for the preset, does not look like it does OOtB. This may be the source of your issue. Are you sure your variant is the lowest number so it will the one being used? OOtB the Case Creation Page 2.0 has an order of 100 whereas the Case Creation Page default has an order of 200. The lower number will dictate which variant will be used.
