What is the difference between service activity and flow fulfilment types in HR Case configurations?

Hi Ashmiya,

flow fulfilment allows you to deliver  HR service using a flow designer - the flow can automate complex business process

service activity allows you to deliver  HR service using service activity  - service activity mainly create tasks,approval and create them sequentially . Fulfillment of type Service activity can't really handle complicated business process

I woud echo @Ahmed Drar's comments and add that service activity fulfillment type generates the same tasks every time a case is created for the service. Flow Designer can do the same thing, but it's better suited for more complex "if/then" logic.
