Why depricated General HR Inquiry VA topic?

Hi,
I am reviewing OOTB pre configured Virtual Agent topics.
In the Docs, the VA topic of General HR Inquiry was depricated and no longer available as a predifined topic.
Do you know the reason of this?
Is there any altenative topic released?
It was the only topic to caputure text from user and search KB article to show. It was good topic.
Other Inquiry topic is only search without input from user to show KB.
I can create custom topic which is similar to the deprecated one but I would like to consider the concept of ServiceNow decision to deprecate the one before that.

I am not sure what is the reson to depriciate the below Topic as it's restricted to ServiceNow to make such decisions:
- General HR Inquiry (Deprecated)
However, ServiceNow has given you two more topics which you can use in Xanadu/Washington DC:
- Create HR General Inquiry Case (Template)
- Ask a Question (Template)

Thank you for your information.
Yes, I have found that two topics but it seems they are not alternative topics for deprecated one.
- Create HR General Inquiry Case (Template)
=> this is only for SMS channel and does not search KB before submitting case - Ask a Question (Template)
=> This is working only when user open their case or task and user can add comment on their ticket/task
So, I have not found alternatives for that.
