Adding Agent Workspace to Workspaces Tab in Now Experience Framework (San Diego)

terrieb
Tera Guru

I have followed the Docs steps to add Agent Workspace to the Workspace tab, however it is listed there, but when I click on it, I get a new tab and it stays blank.

In looking through other related questions, one states to remove the parent app, however this field is grayed out so I can't do that.

Any other reason why this is no working?

Hello,

Please do the below:-

Navigate to All > Now Experience Framework > Experiences.

Once the list of record opens search for Agent workspace as below:-

Open the record scroll to the bottom to the UX application category M2M. There right click on link and open that in a new window

Once opened click on new:-

Select experience and save it:-

Now it will appear on the workspace:-

You can also find the official documentation for the same:-

Thanks but that is not my issue.

The Agent Workspace appears on the Workspaces tab, however when I click on it, it opens a new tab but it's blank - nothing loads. (see attachment)

For me it loads correctly. Are you trying it using an admin? try cahce.do in the navigation:-

Also try logout and login back.

I was doing it with my admin role.  then I impersonated another ITS staff person, and it's still loading a blank page.  put cache.do in the navigation page and it just redirects to the home page.

I saw in some other comments that if I remove the parent application it works, but I can't remove that - field is grayed out.
