Change order of sections / fields in new record form of Service Operation Workspace

Hi everyone,

 

I have the requirement to change the order of  fields in the new record incident form of the Service Operation Workspace, so that e.g. the Short Description and Description (see attached Screenshot) moves up to the top of the new record form (above notes).

When I try to use "Configure Page --> Form Layout" I can only see the Notes section with additional comments and work notes, and not the other fields

Does anyone has an idea where to find the other sections & fields to change the order?

Hi @Michael59 

Check the 3 dots and see what all sections are available.

Looks like Incident is a separate section as per your first screenshot.

There are 2 views - Service Operation Workspace and Service Operation workspace new record , Did you check both the views??

Hi Rohila, I also checked the Service Operation Workspace view but it has no impact on the new incident form.  The 3 dots show me the following sections:
