Hi,
I have created a Major incident field on incident. When that is checked and priority is when it should create a new major incident. I have configured a trigger rule but it is just showing in activity log. But I am unable to see a incident under major incident open incidents.
How can i achieve this?

OOTB, only 2 notification are there,
You can create your own notifications and take these 2 as base.

Hi @Atchutaram
May I know why you are creating custom stuff, when we have OOTB MIM module giving by SN.
You will not able to see, bcz OOTB it work on UI action propose / promote incident as major.

i have found it, but when i click on that, there should be a notification sent to major incident group. how can i do this?
