Hi @Community Alums
sorry, but what is your question or issue. You are just describing the current state. And in your screen I can see the Email field is of type reference which is confusing for the user as I would expect a reference to a user, but how can en email address be referenced? Maybe a design flaw on your side?

Hi,
The field is a reference field which looks like it is not referencing the correct table on ServiceNow. It appears to be referencing the notification table (just as assumption based from your screenshot).
What exactly would you like it to show? If it is the Caller's email you would like it to show, I would recommend adding a field that dot walks to the caller email.
From the incident from, navigate to Configure -> Form Layout. Find the "Caller" field in the available fields box.
Click this and open it, find the email field, click and move across to your desired location.
I hope this helps.

Hello @Community Alums ,
I can clearly see that there is mis-configuration with your email field. As per the screenshot its a reference type field not email. You can confirm that, Just right-click on your field and select configure dictionary option.
If you wanted to show the email, check the email field of sys_user record. and configure your field same as that field.
Kindly mark the answer ✔️Correct or Helpful ✔️If it addresses your concern.
Regards,
