How to display enhancements under my requests in Service portal.

Hi all,

 

 

We a have a requirement to display 'enhancements' under My requests.

We are using OOB Service portal. Need inputs for me on how to display the enhancement requests in the Service portal.

Currently My requests are displaying "Incidents, RITMs, HR Cases" only.

can anyone guide me the which is the best way to display enhancements under my requests, with out impacting other functionalities.

Hi Mike,

 

Thanks for your response, its working as expected. But this will enable the list view only. If we click on enhancement we requested its not getting re-directed to the summary page of enhancement. can you please suggest me on this one as well.
