We are using AWA to assign incidents to agents. When an incident is assigned to an agent manually, the "Incident Assigned to Me" notification is triggered. However, when an incident is assigned to an agent via AWA, the notification is not triggered.
This is helpful as we do not allow agents to reject assignments and they are visiting customers desks. Receiving notifications of assignments via email is a helpful function.

Hi Team,
I got the solution for this issue.
We have one check box field in email notification, when we click on 'Advanced View' on related link.
It will visible on 'Who will receive' section. The field name is 'Send to event creator' It should be true.
After this enhancement work When any incident assigned through 'AWA' that particular 'Assigned to' person will get email notification. Same fix for other email notifications also.

Please make the 'send to event creator' check box is true. Then only It will send email notification to Assigned to person via AWA.
