Is there a way to determine the element used to create an Incident?
In the navigator under Self Service, there is Create New Incident and under Incident there is Create New.
Each element creates an Incident using a different form.
We are looking to determine which element our fulfillers are using the most.

You can use the default view instead of self service view. Also, you had better to create a record producer on portal for end users to create incidents.
