Hi Team,
i need to create dashboard which talks about resolution SLA, like suppose inflow of the ticket is high and team doesn't know other ticket is going to be SLA breach need to work on.
So, i would like to create such dashboard so that we could know about the tickets is going to be breach in next 2 3 days we need to work on. So, that we can maintain the resolution SLA.
Kindly help with the same, with the query i can applied.

Basic, you can just create a report based on the incident_sla table where you define breach time after 2 days or similar.
