Sent/ Received emails are not showing in Activities -Xanadu

Hi,

 

I added the Emails- Correspondence and Emails-Autogenerated in the activities filter. But when an email is sent, it is not showing in the Activities. I want to track the Sent/ Received emails to be tracked in the Activities.

Where are you checking in the PDI or in the Client Instance?

Hi,

I am checking it in the PDI. But Actually I want to do this on my dev instance for my project. Before implementing it there, I'm just checking this on my PDI.

Email did not work in PDI until it is configured. Also there is first property which is available under UI property that you need to enable to see the emails. Also there is role required to view emails in activities log. Plz chk the system properties once

Hi,

In the UI Properties, it is showing that the role required is itil. I gave itil role to a user and impersonated as the user having itil role. Then I send an email using email in the top of the record. But it is not showing in the Activities. Bu I can see it in the emails log
