Unable to edit the widget sript

While editing the widget  https://hdstemp.service-now.com/sp_widget.do?sys_id=5cbb8f1053313010561cddeeff7b1272&sysparm_record_...
which is on Surveys and Assessments it says that "cannot edit as it in editor mode" 
and on write operation there ACL which doesn't open and says "MetadataAdminAccessHandler is blocking access"
how can I able to edit the widget script

The best practice servicenow recommend while editing widgets first we have to clone the widget then we can edit the widgets and replace the old widget.  you can clone widget ussing ui action present on widget form on the top right.
