in SOW incident Overview how to configured the summary

I've one query how to customized the summary section in service operations workspace incident overview without clicking the pencil icon form should be visible. 

can anyone help me on this, your input would be more valuable

if you are saying you want to add/remove fields from the Summary section then

I created a blog for this

Display additional fields in Service Operations Workspace Incident Overview tab 

The "SOW-Incident-Overview" view on incident table has the Summary section, the fields shown in that section reflects in Summary

Thank you for you’re response ,

but what I’m looking here that is different 

Query is whenever we open the form there is one pencil icon in the right side on the form after clicking it, that form is going to editable rather than clicking pencil icon it should be editable always whenever form gets loaded
