Is anyone actually getting ANY help from SN regarding these posts? All I have seen are individuals posting issues. I have not seen any responses or help. Has anyone??

There's a "show replies" button on the side, but yeah for the most part, not a lot of support incoming. Last one was 23 days ago

My PDI has been down since this morning. I got 'Your instance is offline' . I tried with Refresh Instance but no luck. Please can you help me?
