Howdy,
Can anyone help resurrect my PDI that has been down for about 2 weeks now (dev194253)?
Every day I log into developer.servicenow.com and try to wake it. Every day the banner tells me:
"Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available."
And to add salt to injury, there is a teaser message:
"We're having trouble opening your instance due to an internal error. We should have it fixed in a few minutes."
I repeatedly select to get notified, but the notification never comes 😞
I would appreciate any help from a SNC admin to get it back online.
Thank you!

I've been using PDI without any issues since this morning, but I've noticed several posts in the community about PDI being offline. Here are some points to consider:
There is no support available for PDI.
If you can wait, let's wait a bit longer.
You can release this instance and start a new one, but you will lose your previous data. To avoid losing update sets in the future, make sure to take regular backups of your PDI.
There have been 3-4 posts in the community today about PDI failures or unavailability. Based on the responses, you might need to wait 1-2 days and hopefully, the PDI will be back online.

Hi @Keith K
The short answer is no. There is no support available from ServiceNow, so you can only "wait" or "release and request a new instance".
If my answer has helped with your question, please mark my answer as the accepted solution and give a thumbs up.
Best regards

Thank you for the responses. I understand there is no support for PDIs, but it seems odd that if your PDI is stuck in hibernation, ServiceNow recommends posting for help here.
