Hi @bradpsnc , In instance is down and taking long to restart the instance but still restart is in progress, Could you please help me with that?

I am new to the Servicenow platform. I've just started an internship and I will work with ServiceNow, can you help me to start my instance? Since I created my account, the instance is restarting, and it never starts.

My instance is not a waking from hibernation. I am trying from several days now. Can you help before I decide to release this instance.
