My instance is not waking either after setting up it last week. Please advise, thanks.

The status of my instance is the same as in the photo for several days.

What should I do?

Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.

I don't have any mail.

I states that ServiceNow is no longer monitoring this forum and to get assistance from ServiceNow, it's now necessary to contact them using Give Feedback button (located at button right hand side of the Developer Site)

The Developer Program no longer monitors the community for Personal Developer Instance (PDI)-related issues. To get PDI support, open the Developer Site < https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button.
