Hello,

after the upgrade to San Diego, I have an issue with Polaris UI showing me Unknown user. I thought it was just pre-release issue, but it also appears in the final version.

Is it possible to have it fixed without release of the instance?

My instance will not wake up...... showing offline.

HI  - keep getting the same message: "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes."  It has been all afternoon.  Can you please help?
