This is kuldeep rathour ,I wanna switch to my instance app engine studio creator to personal developer instance, so please help me on this upgration.....

My Instance is no longer responding and waking from Hibernation.  Please Assist.

My instance https://dev94397.service-now.com/ is not waking up

Should contact ServiceNow about it. 

  1. Go to Instance Help forum
  2. Select "Developer Program no longer monitors the community (PDIs) link under "Featured Content"

  3. Follow instruction written in the article.
    The Developer Program no longer monitors the community for Personal Developer Instance (PDI)-related issues. To get PDI support, open the Developer Site < https://developer.servicenow.com > and click the Give Feedback button.
  4. Give Feedback icon is the icon located at the bottom right hand corner of the Developer Site page.

I have been getting the following error for about two weeks for the instance https://dev106165.service-now.com/:

Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.

I have to release it?
