Since ServiceNow is no longer monitoring the forum, it's necessary to contact them via Feedback.

Hi Brian,
Community members do not have privilege to look into other user's instance.
Should contact ServiceNow by sending them a feedback as is written in the featured article of this forum. My instance went down last weekend so I sent ServiceNow a feedback and they were able to get it back up within 5 minutes. However, it seems there's more trouble today with all posts about not being able to login to instances so it may take more time.
