I am also having difficulties restoring my instance. I'm not sure if I need to release my instance and start a new one. Any suggestions?

My PDI won't come back from hibernation. I saw a message yesterday "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.", but even today I still see the same message.

My development instance (pdi) is offline (dev73741). It won't come back from hibernation. For the past 3 days, the message I keep getting is "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.", but even today I still see the same message.
How cn I resolve this? Need help.
