I have tried several times to install the Discovery plugin but each time it fails the install.
Have even tried releasing the instance and requesting a new, without any success.

My PDI, 91843 San Diego, has been down for several days. Anything I can do to un-stick it? I am about to release it because having it stuck is just as useful as not having it.
Also, I can't find a way to see the PDI number when the PDI is in this state. Luckily it is next to the password on the sticky note on my monitor. 🙂

My instance is in hibernation mode and I am unable to open it.
Please let me know how I can make my instance active, My instance number 60153 in Quebec.
I have important data in the hibernated instance.

My instance is in hibernation and is not waking up.
Can I please request to have my instance activated. My instance is 117783 in Quebec.
