My instance https://dev73216.service-now.com/ is showing offline but is in hibernating.

please have a look into this.

PDI dev120208 says "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." Please assist.

Sorry, no. Kamini is no longer monitoring this forum. If it's been down for more than a week, the instance may no longer exist. Maybe better to apply for a new instance.
