Hello!
My instance is offline for about 4 days. The day when it shut down, in my instance was unscheduled maintenance. The next day this maintenance was completed, but after more than a day, it has still offline ("The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes.").
There is a chance to wake up it?
Or I should redeploy and reconfigure it?

I am also having difficulties with my instance being offline. I'm not sure if I need to release my instance and start a new one. Can you please help me with that.

Yes, best is to take new instance and take regular back ups.

Hi Brad - my instance has been in 'resetting' state for several days - anyway I can just start over with a clean instance?
