Hi,

my is not available for over a week now - I'm getting a message telling me its undergoing unscheduled maintenance for the last 6 days.

I really would love to get it back, since I did some configuration/customization.

Anyone who could help???

my instance is stuck in refreshing instance state. I need a new instance but i can't release it.
