Hi,

My personal instance

is not waking up from hibernation for past 4 weeks .

Message error: "Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.".

I have my analysis in the PDI. Please advice

My PDI, dev59379.service-now.com is also down. Just get the 'didn't wake up' message after an age of trying. Anybody got any suggestions?

my instance is also not awaking for more than ten days now.

I only got this message: Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.

But i haven't get any notification and the instance is still offline. I want not to release it.

Can anyone help?

Hello,

Since almost a week, my instance (dev81259) has not been able to wake up even if I retry many times. I was about to release the instance to request and configure another one when I saw the suggestion to ask for help here.
