Where can I go to submit a support ticket for my instance. I'm a new servicenow learner and have alot of work on that specific instance and would not like to use it. Unfortunately I have 2 accounts that I was able to merge but somehow I can't get into Nowsupport to submit a ticket.

I have not been able to get into my instance in 3 weeks.
I have the same error as others: Developer Instance is undergoing unscheduled maintenance. Get Notified when your PDI is available.
Requested notification, no update, nothing.
