Unfortunatly instance help is no longer monitored by servicenow. you can create a case
But its better to release instance and request for a new one if you don't have important data

My instance https://dev85854.service-now.com has been undergoing unscheduled maintenance for about 3 weeks now and has been unavailable since. Kindly help with this.
