Hi. I am getting "ServiceNow Developer Instance Restore Failure" while trying to restore one of my instance(last backup date 12th Aug). Can anyone kindly help/guide me in restoring instance? It had a set of developement I was doing and unfortunately I have forgotten to take backup.

My PDI suddenly went offline earlier this morning, and now won't wake. All I get from the developer site is the message "The instance is offline. Please check again in a few minutes." .... this has been like this now for over an hour.

Hi @Mark,
Instance being in offline mode is an ongoing issue for some time now. Unfortunately, Instance support is no longer provided by ServiceNow. We no longer have feedback button also.
Note: For any urgent work, Best you can do now is to release the instance and request for new one if you don't have important data. You can get a new instance in less than 5 min.
As per the impact and if its not PDI (customer/partner instance), you can raise HI case for this issue. For PDI, ServiceNow no longer provides any support.
